On Friday, August 29, the 8th grade class made a trip across the state to St. Louis for their annual fall retreat. The students spent time creating class goals in the areas of leadership, relationships, community, and spirituality.
To end the retreat, students attended Mass at the Cathedral Basilica and had a tour of the magnificent mosaic-filled church. The day was not complete without a trip to the arch where the Class of 2015 made their way up 630 feet over the skyline of St. Louis. The day ended with dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory and a fun-filled bus ride home to Blue Springs!
